Terms and Conditions for Sale

1. Product Information

• All products are made in a home kitchen not subject to state inspection. By purchasing, you acknowledge this disclaimer is included on product labels as required by Minnesota law.

• Ingredients, allergens, and producer contact information are listed on product labels. Customers are responsible for reviewing labels prior to consumption.

2. Sales Restrictions

• Products are sold directly to consumers only. Resale or distribution is prohibited.

• Items are intended for personal consumption and may not be used for commercial purposes.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted methods: [Cash, Check, Venmo, etc.].

• Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit (specify percentage if applicable).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery/pickup may incur a fee.

• Returns/exchanges are not accepted for perishable goods. Exceptions: Defective/misrepresented products may be eligible for replacement/refund at the producer’s discretion.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

• Products may contain allergens or be prepared in a kitchen that processes common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy). Customers assume all liability for allergic reactions.

6. Pickup/Delivery

• Customers are responsible for timely pickup. Unclaimed orders after 2 days may be discarded without refund.

• Delivery (if offered): Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The producer is not liable for any damages beyond the product’s purchase price, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ramsey County, MN.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• The producer reserves the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected resale or safety concerns.

10. Shelf Life

• Consume products by the date indicated on the label. Refrigerate/store as instructed to maintain quality and safety.
